The Lake Akan ObservatoryState run Lake Akan skiing ground opens to the public during the summer period. The entrance gate opens free of charge as follows: Beginning of June through August, starts 7:00A.M to 6:00 P.M. May and October,starts 9:00a.m to 5:00p.m.

Closed : Tuesdays (In case of National holiday on Tuesday, the next day is closed)

BokkeSmall mud volcano located on the Lake Akan 7-8 minutes away from the promenade on foot.
Lake Alley : Takes 40 minutes to walk around
Forest Alley : Takes 60 minutes to walk around
Sightseeing CruiseTakes 60minutes to cruise the Lake Akan. You can see the natural environment in Akan, also you can go to churui island. This place has a Marimo Observation Center. Other two choices : Speed Boat (You can choose the course) and High Speed ship (Takes 50minutes to cruise).

Marimo Exhibition Tourist Center / TourasenpeThe center of marimo research and conservation activities located on Lake Akan's Chuuri-shima island. Within the center, different themes are presented for an enjoyable encounter with the marimo. Video is also broadcast in real time for visitors to observe actual marimo..（Must take ａ boat to get on this island）Closed during winter season．
Akan Fishing LandYou can enjoy real fishing. (You need to buy a fishing license) Rental of fishing gear and a fishing guide is available. (Charged)
Akan Nature CenterOffering a variety of activities, from Lake Akan's popular Canadian canoes and large-scale canoes to mountain climbing, nature walks, hot air balloon rides, star gazing, mountain biking and excursions along the lake shore. Guiding at Lake Onnetou deep in the primeval forest and more are also available for a variety of nature experiences that can only be had in Akan National Park.．During winter you can enjoy other exciting activities．(Charged）

Capacity: 900 people (This is not auto camping site)
Akan Land Tancho no Sato (Akan Land Cranes Habitation)Camping site, Park Golf course and bicycle path are equipped. (40kms away from Lake Akan)
The Akan International Crane Center/ GURUSUThe key position of Research and Protection for Red Crested Cranes, which are designated as national special natural monument.
